Dr Danielle Francis

Danielle is a Doctor of Clinical Psychology with several years of experience working in mental health services.

Danielle offers assessments and therapy for individuals of all ages, from children and adolescents to adults. With a compassionate, warm, and attentive approach, she tailors her support to meet your unique needs.

Whether you're navigating long-standing patterns or facing a new challenge, Danielle provides a supportive space to explore difficulties with care, curiosity, and without judgment. She emphasises building a strong, collaborative relationship, taking the time to understand who you are and what you need before shaping a way forward together.

As a Clinical Psychologist, Danielle has trained in various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT, CFT & ACT), systemic therapies, and psychodynamic thinking. Her broad, integrative perspective allows her to tailor therapy for each individual. This flexible, person-centred approach is particularly beneficial for those with long-standing or complex needs, such as chronic depression or anxiety, trauma, personality difficulties, relationship issues, physical health conditions, or enduring life circumstances. It is also well-suited for those seeking a reflective space, free from a fixed agenda.

Danielle welcomes conversations about identity and the many intersecting aspects of who we are—such as race, gender, sexuality, class, and culture. She is committed to honouring clients' strengths, values, and hopes, helping them reconnect with what truly matters.
